Goff D’Antonio Associates is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare and oversee detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to integrate all aspects of the project.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Registered Architect with a valid architectural license.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and other architectural design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, Mixed-Use residential, Commercial, Healthcare, etc.]
- Familiarity with BIM software and processes.
