Our Project Manager position offers the opportunity to develop a pipeline of unique mid-rise multifamily buildings in the heart of Miami. We are seeking a candidate who is autonomous, resourceful, driven, demanding, and goal-oriented. This role demands experience in leading projects from pre-construction through construction and stabilization.

The position necessitates knowledge in project management, the permitting process, construction management, and budgeting experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include site checks, cost estimates, construction plan preparation, obtaining and evaluating contractors’ cost proposals, and expediting all permitting processes with the City of Miami to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Our upcoming project phases will explore innovative construction methods, including cold-formed steel builds, panelization, and modularization. Responsibilities:

• Establish the department’s scope of work, protocols, and processes to ensure the best outcomes
• Interact with the design team, contractors, governing entities, and utility providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Estimate, bid, and level construction plans
• Maintain a detailed project plan, track progress, and OAC meeting minutes
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
• Review and negotiate contracts and purchase orders
• Process and submit payment requisitions
• Create quarterly updates for stakeholders
• Ensure all project permits are pulled, active, and closed out in a timely manner throughout the course of the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Smartsheet
• Familiarity with InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and BIM 360 is a plus
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
