Chu-Gooding is a 27-year-old, award-winning architecture, interiors and exhibition design firm specializing in cultural, arts-related and educational facilities as well as high-end residential projects. We are looking for a highly proficient Revit Job Captain to join our firm. 

Chu-Gooding is part of a large-scale commercial project that involves multiple design firms across several states. The Revit Job Captain will be responsible for managing the cloud-based model on behalf of the Chu-Gooding office and contributing to / editing the model on a daily basis for the duration of the project. Experience and familiarity with cloud models for large-scale projects is a MUST.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture minimum requirement
• Licensure: Architecture license preferred but not required
• Professional Experience: 8+ years
• High Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, cloud modeling, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam and Microsoft Sharepoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — both internally with fellow team members as well as with our clients, colleagues and consultants
• Strong design and project management skills
• Genuine interest in interiors (a specialty of our firm), human-centered design, craft, details, and materiality

The right candidate should be willing to travel to our office in North Hollywood up to four (4) days per week.
