Waechter Architecture is seeking a designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to assist with design, documentation, and coordination through all phases of the architectural process. We are looking for someone who is curious about all aspects of architecture and enjoys being part of a community. As a small office, we value open, honest communication and collaborative individuals who have a desire to grow with the firm. In your role as a designer, you would be primarily working under the direction of a Project Lead, but may also engage stand-alone design projects with opportunities to manage communication with clients, consultants, and builders. Therefore, being an active, clear communicator, and having strong self- organization skills are important assets in a candidate.
