BROADBEARARCH is an Architecture + Interior Design studio focused on creating modern spaces and buildings overlaid with timeless materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.

Each project is tailored to meet the location and lifestyle of the client. The Studio utilizes minimalist architectural details to highlight the beauty of each space's design. Our work includes high-end and luxury residential, boutique commercial, retail, restaurants, performing arts, and galleries.

We're currently in need of a (remote) Architect and/or Interior Architect with a minimum of 6 years post-grad (undergraduate or graduate) experience in high-end/luxury residential. This individual should possess:

• A high level of expertise in utilizing 2D AutoCAD and various 3D programs to create and develop design projects. This includes generating and developing drawings from concept through construction with minimal oversight.
• An understanding of common construction systems, i.e. wood, steel, concrete, glass, plastics, as well as the ability to generate unique material details.
• Substantial experience in developing custom interior details related to millwork, finishes, bathrooms, kitchens, doors, and lighting.
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• A dedicated work ethic.

Additional responsibilities to include: material and construction systems research, local code research, development of material schedules, and correspondence. Fluent in English. Ability to work in Imperial is mandatory.
