Employer:Project Designer
KFA is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and critical thinkers to join our collaborative design practice as a Project Designer.

Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for initiating and coordinating project design vision;
Develop multiple design options through an iterative and collaborative design process; working independently or with a team;
Act as steward of the design throughout all phases of the project;
Prepare design presentations and packages for client and community meetings;
Receive and implement design critique feedback from clients and team members.
Desired Skills And Experience
Five to ten years of experience;
Licensure preferred but not required;
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Strong design intuition and ability to provide design critique
Knowledge of Types I, III, & V construction including mixed-use, community and residential projects;
Proficiency in Sketchup or Rhino, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred;
Working knowledge of building codes, industry standards, building construction
Ability to manage and mentor junior staff
Excellent communication and graphic skills

PAY/BENEFITS
This is a full-time position with salary commensurate with experience and office structure. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, sick and holiday, 401(k) and annual performance bonus opportunities.
