KG/KNA is hiring in our Hudson County office:

A new opportunity at our recently reopened Hoboken, NJ location for Project Managers. We are staffing our office on the waterfront at the NJ Transit/Hudson County Light rail/PATH station and Hudson Ferry Terminal, fifty steps from all station platforms.

KG/KNA is celebrating our 35th year of practice in 2024 - join us as we continue to expand in the tri-state area. With offices in Harding Twp, NJ, and Stonington, CT, the firm is positioned to enjoy continued growth as we service our bedrock clients in the pending 2025 recovery.

Active in commercial office, mixed-use, residential, industrial/logistics, health and hospital, education as well as urban design/planning and redevelopment work for existing and repositioned sites across the tri-state. Our staff is slated to expand in the next six months, with positions available in Hoboken this fall.

We are actively seeking:

  • Project Managers - 7-10 years of professional experience is required, a master’s degree in architecture is preferred.
  • Members of the Leadership team on a case-by-case basis, Senior PMs and Junior PMs are tasked with the overall management of client and project demands day to day. These areas of work include client communications, project records, project documents including programming sheets, design and technical drawings, specifications, budgets, bid reviews, field notes, payment applications, etc.
