Job Title: Junior Architectural Project Manager

Location: New York City, NY

Company Overview: CASA is a Interior Design, Interior Architectural Design and Project Management Firm specializing in residential, commercial work in NYC.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Junior Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help managing architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring high-quality design, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for the process of architectural project management. Remote position possible with weekly touch base in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Management of 2-3 architectural projects simultaneously, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
  • Support Design Team when needed on all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve construction issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as an Architectural Project Manager, managing small to medium-scale projects such residential or commercial.
  • Strong proficiency and knowledge of Vectorworks Architectural software.
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, in person and remote.
  • Basic knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. 
  • Located NYC and authorization to work in USA
