SJM Architecture is a multi-disciplinary firm focusing on commercial, healthcare and residential work in New Jersey.  We are seeking intermediate level candidates to draft residential projects.  

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in REVIT required

• Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with mindfulness of deadlines set by employer

• Must take initiative with creating drawing sets based on schematic and design development and extrapolating information to produce technical drawings.  
  

• Minimum Bachelors of Architecture degree 

• 3 - 5 years minimum experience with related work drafting residential construction drawing sets. 

Compensation will be allocated per project.
