Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architect with a strong focus on design and visualization to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and a proven ability to create compelling visualizations using conventional tools like V-ray or equivalent and advanced AI tools such as Stable Diffusion with Controlnet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through completion, ensuring all projects align with the firm's vision and client expectations.
  • Visualization: Create high-quality visual representations of architectural designs.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with senior architects and the design team to develop and refine design concepts, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and other necessary documentation to support project development and client presentations.
  • Client Presentations: Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and visualizations effectively.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and design, bringing new techniques and tools to the firm's projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
  • Proficiency in conventional visualization tools like V-ray or equivalent and advanced AI tools such as Stable Diffusion with Controlnet, as well as other design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino with Grasshopper.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
