2TK Architecture & Design is looking for a talented and versatile individual to help grow our practice and become part of the Team. Our work includes ground-up residential and commercial construction as well as residential and commercial interior and exterior renovations.

2TK Architecture & Design is seeking a candidate for Project Manager with a strong design sense and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with expertise in the Preparation of Construction Documents, and knowledge of the Florida Building Code.  Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage all aspects of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the project phases such as Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
• Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings as well as design and conceptual presentation imagery.

Candidate Qualifications:

• High proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture
• Strong communication and client interface skills.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience, including production & coordination of drawings for all architectural phases.
• Knowledge of construction materials, details, and methods.
• Motivate and inspire team members throughout the project.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural office.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000, subject to adjustment based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and references feedback.
