ABOUT 64NORTH
64North is a multidisciplinary design practice dedicated to collaborating across traditional boundaries to create forward-thinking architecture, interiors, landscapes, and product design. Recognized as one of the ‘Top 50 Architects in the U.S.’ by A|N, we have offices both in Los Angeles and New York, with current projects spanning from Miami to Alaska. Our portfolio includes significant experience designing multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing, creative office, hospitality, adaptive reuse, arts, education, interior, wellness, restaurant, retail, transit, landscape, and civic projects, as well as single family residences and estates in the U.S. and abroad. 64North has been recognized with multiple awards from the AIA, with Architecture’s Progressive Architecture Award, and won three international design competitions. 64North continues to grow rapidly with a significant number of large-scale, exciting new projects, and we seek team members who would like to join us in furthering this trajectory. Requirements

Preferred
+ Ability to manage and implement all aspects of a project from start to finish, both in design and technical aspects including systems coordination, costing, and construction administration.
+ Ability to act as direct client contact and lead all aspects of project communication including with clients, consultants, and contractors.
+ Interest in learning and contributing to other disciplines practiced within 64North including landscape design, construction project management, product design, branding, and web design.
+ Expertise and interest in the building code, the process of permitting, and how buildings are constructed.
+ Be a licensed architect or actively working toward licensure.
Background
+ Professional degree in Architecture and 3-10 years of work experience in the A&E industry.
+ Proficiency in Rhino, VRay, Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign.
