Position Overview: As a Craft Studio Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing architectural projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions that exceed expectations. Salary Range: $105,000 - $128,000

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. 

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design development, construction documentation, and regulatory compliance. 

  • Contribute to/Oversee + Coordinate production and documentation of drawings, graphics, and details while monitoring quality and completeness of work and deliverables as outlined in the contract. 

  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation. 

  • Coordinate with clients and lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure project requirements are met. 

  • Oversee construction administration duties, such as RFIs / Submittals, add services, etc., to ensure project is on budget and within scope. 

  • Contribute to establishment of and adherence to cartoon set. 

  • Review timesheets, budgets, and schedules. 

  • Participate in marketing efforts and lead presentations to prospective clients as requested. 

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. 

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. 

  • Ability to travel to job sites, client and/or agency meetings, and other project related locations. 

  • Demonstrate high competency in conventional architectural principles, code and practices regarding both design and technical issues and in developing a team. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. 

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. 

  • A highly technical background, mindset, and interest is required.  

  • Extensive knowledge in detailing, constructability, and consultant coordination are required. 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. 

  • Strong design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into tangible solutions. 

  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. 

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget. 

  • Thorough understanding of design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • PMP or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. 

  • Construction Management backgrounds are of interest/desirable. 

  • LEED accreditation and experience with sustainable design principles preferred. 

  • Licensure preferred. 

  • Experience working on projects across different scales and sectors is preferred.
