SOSHNY @ Charlotte studio office is seeking full-time architects with a minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of design and production for hospitality projects; they must be able to develop documents and details from design concepts in Revit and ACAD and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We seek a highly motivated individual who would like to be part of exciting hospitality projects and can work independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be willing to take on responsibilities and enjoy a meaningful role in all our projects.

The ideal candidate should be a motivated, self-starter and must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 plus years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures.
• Follows established standards for project production and review.
• Computer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Programs
• Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to meet project timelines.
• excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and the project team.
