THE ROLE 

Beinfield Architecture PC seeks an Intermediate Architect with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Our culture is collaborative and creative.  We require a motivated candidate with strong communications skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  We are searching for a candidate that has exceptional Revit computer skills. Experience producing construction documentation for commercial and multi-family projects a plus. Salary based on qualifications. This is a position for a candidate within 50 miles of our office. International candidates will not be considered.

EXPERIENCE

The right person will be involved in all design phases from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, with a potential for project management, business development and client presentations. The preferred requirements for this position will include:

• Exceptional Revit Skills.
• B.Arch. or M.Arch.
• Strong design sensibilities.
• Fluent in a variety of design programs and software.
• Familiarity with construction drawing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
