 Full-Time Position Requires:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university/college
• Minimum 5 years Revit Experience in Design & Production of Construction Documents
• Experience in coordinating Revit files, developing families, improving workflow and troubleshooting
• Develop and Manage BIM related content and Revit Templates
• Coordinate BIM models with consultants
• Learning and assisting with construction administration activities
• Serve as the in-house resource to resolve Revit issues and support staff
• Interest in building codes, zoning, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
• Working independently on all assignments varying in size and scope
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Ability to write and speak effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative and professional work ethic
