Our client is seeking a dynamic Architect with 8-15 years professional experience to lead and contribute and lead an exciting project with office/institutional and academic components. At this renowned firm, you will join a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to executing projects with rigorous attention to detail and the balance of thoughtful sophistication. 

The position involves contributing from conceptual design through DD on various project; office, academic, and potentially other hospitality and cultural works. Must be proficient in Revit.

Ideal candidates should be organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Strong verbal and written communications skills, time management and the ability to multi-task will be required. 

This is a full-time, permanent position with salary in the $110-125k (DOE), 22PTO days, full beneftis, bonus potential and a hybrid work schedule at their NYC office.
