Entry Level Architect - 0 to 5 Years

We are looking for a full-time entry level architect or architect graduate that can assist with developing drawings for new single family homes, additions, renovations, and periodic commercial projects. Someone that is willing and able to survey existing spaces, draw existing conditions, develop schematic drawings, and create construction sets would be appreciated. We require candidates with:

• Experience in architecture and/or engineering (0 – 5 years).
• Degree in Architecture.
• Skills with AutoCad.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Reliable transportation throughout Chicagoland.
• Willing and able to work remotely as needed.
• Willing and able to work in the Westmont area.
• Able to read and understand building codes.
• Self sufficient, eager to learn, ambitious to work.

We would appreciate (but not require) candidates with:

• Field experience in construction.
• Experience working at a small firm.
• Experience conducting field surveys.
