CTK is seeking skilled 2D/3D Vectorworks Draftspersons to join our team on a contract basis, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time engagement. This position involves producing and maintaining drawing sets for custom residential projects under the supervision of an architect. We are looking for professionals passionate about architectural design, detail-oriented, and proficient in Vectorworks BIM/3D.

Responsibilities:

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models from sketches.
• Provide revisions based on architect's mark-ups.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with our standards for all drawings and models.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in VectorWorks BIM/3D.
• Experience with 3D elements (walls, slabs, roofs, resources, etc.).
• Understanding of building materials and construction details.
• Familiarity with the US Imperial Measurement System.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Enscape is a plus.
• Knowledge of historic detailing, historic styles, and vernacular architecture is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in English.
