Amador Whittle Architects, Inc. also known as AMADOR (www.amador.team) has an immediate full-time opening for a mid-level architectural designer with a demonstrable interest in educational projects. You will have an opportunity work on, and influence, designs for educational projects from early education to college level buildings and facilities. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will include participation in all phases of practice from programming and concept design to construction documents, agency approvals and construction phase support services.

Preferred Requirements (to be considered for the position):

1. Bachelor or Masters Degree from a NAAB accredited architectural program and three years of experience working in architecture.
2. Significant Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD experience
3. Familiarity with the California Building Code
4. Familiarity with southern California materials and methods of construction
5. Experience with MS Office
6. Availability full-time (32 to 40 hours per week) during Pacific Time working hours.

Compensation is competitive depending on experience and includes health insurance, paid holidays and vacation time and retirement savings.
