Jendretzki Design + Planning Consultants is a small firm seeking to hire a full-time Project Designer. 

The firm is currently working on several high-end residential and hospitality projects including in Montauk, NY, Southampton, NY, New York City, Riverdale, NY, Buenos Aires, Arg, Punta del Este, Uruguay, Aspen, CO., and Playa Venao, Panama. 

Candidate requirements:

• 5 years experience minimum
• be able to fully take on project design, documentation, construction follow-up
• strong resourcefulness
• strong detailing skills
• strong 3D skills:  Sketchup/VRay, 3D Max/Corona critical
• strong communication skills
•  Proficient English
• Proficient in Imperial system [feet / inches]
