Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support the principals of our award-winning architecture and design firm. This role is integral to our business development efforts, social media presence, and flexible management of client and office tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative thinker with a passion for design and architecture, ready to contribute to the ongoing success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Support:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client presentations and meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the firm’s presence on various social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content aligned with our brand and design aesthetics.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize our outreach strategies.
  • Client and Office Management:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain client databases, schedules, and records.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing reports.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with principals and team members to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing input and updates on marketing and administrative matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a design or architectural firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
