We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with a background in architecture and interest in design, urban planning, and construction to join our team. As a Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and services. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance our presence in the market, pitch projects to publications, run our social media, work on awards and assist on RFPs. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with experience in the architecture or construction industry.   • Develop marketing strategies
  • Content Creation
    • Develop marketing campaigns with visual imagery (website, social media, newsletters)
    • Prepare renderings of projects
  • Digital marketing
    • Create, manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
    • Create and manage advertising campaigns
  • Social media management
    • Prepare social media calendars to enhance presence on social media across platforms
      • Project highlights
      • Social engagement with audience / followers
      • Research / share latest industry trends
    • Monitor and track analytics
    • Report back on success of campaigns
  • Prepare newsletter
    • Draft quarterly newsletters to send out to clients/vendors/followers

      • Personnel
      • Research / fabrication
  • Event coordination
    • Participate in industry events, conferences to promote our company and establish relationships within the architecture and construction industry
      • On occasion attend AIA meetings, mixers, networking events, seminars, local publications,
    • Prepare events in coordination with Operational Management
  • Awards / RFPs / Grants
    • Work together with the studio and operations to apply to for awards, grants and RFPs
    • Will include preparing and designing graphics / renderings
  • PR pitches
    • Develop and implement strategic public relations plans and initiatives
    • Write and edit project pitches
      • Identify publications to pitch
    • Prepare press releases and other communications materials
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists
  • Website & SEO
    • Manage and maintain company website, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
    • Create and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
    • Utilize content management systems (CMS) to update and publish website content
    • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
    • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues or broken links
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, SEO, and digital marketing
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams - including the Principal, architects, project managers and operations to align on marketing strategies, services, and how to present our Company presence
  • General office admin support - order supplies, help answer the phone, run occasional errands
    • Help organize material samples & maintain the studio/office space
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting timelines
  • Always conduct yourself in a professional manner


●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Architecture, Urban Design or related field

●     2+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in architecture or construction industry

●     Strong understanding of architecture, construction, urban planning

●     Must like architecture or have a passion for architecture

●     Experience in website development / design strongly preferred

●     A creative mindset who is flexible and has the ability to work independently

●     Excellent computer skills MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

●     Communicate with all levels of firm, clients, vendors, and subs in an articulate and professional manner

●     Driver’s license and clean driving record required

●     Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines

●     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

●     Solution oriented, problem solver, forward thinker

●     Collaborate with team members and be a team player

●     Ability to work independently, calmly under pressure, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

●     Able to accept constructive feedback  

●     Fun, positive attitude, and pleasant to work with

The Architecture Marketing Manager will report directly to the Principal of the Firm with support from the Operational Manager

Job Type: Full-Time 40 Hours per week

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, in office
