HUTS is looking for Revit experts with demonstrated skills in modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
Description:
Provide direct project support to Senior Designers and Project Coordinators on HUTS Standards projects.
Take on projects to improve internal Revit / BIM processes for HUTS Standards projects.
Utilize Revit to manage project models, produce Schematic Design drawings, produce Enscape 3D walkthroughs and visualizations, and final Construction Drawing sets.
Requirements:
Degree in architecture or drafting with 2-5 years of work experience developing construction documents.
Knowledge of residential design, building codes, and construction.
Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Systems.
Interest in digital modeling and visualization for schematic design and construction documentation.
Interested in building technology, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
Highly skilled in Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud. Provide work samples.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Collaborative mindset; sense of humor and curiosity.
