Studio MBM is seeking a creative, design driven, motivated and well organized Junior Architect.  Our current and potential projects include private residential, adaptive reuse, renovations, interiors,  commercial projects and furniture design.  The candidates should meet the following criteria:

• BArch or March required 2-4 years minimum of office experience
• Approach every design and research project with creativity and inquisitiveness 
• Proficiency AutoCAD and Revit is a plus 
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 
• Proficient in 3-D modeling and Rendering. (Rhino, Enscape, Vray) 
• Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred 
• NYC/DOB Code experience is a plus nor required 
• Highly motivated, available to work with others or independently 
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage personal time.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Experience with FF+E, material samples and product specs
• Ability to make study models, sketches, present design ideas
• Ability to participate in client meetings and develop leadership in the studio 
• Must have legal work status in the US
