Candidates for this position should have the following qualifications:
Professional degree in architecture and 3+ years of related experience
Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture
Early to intermediate regulatory experience (Zoning and Building Code)
Experience providing technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff
Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects
Experience with consultant coordination
Early to advanced competency with drawing set preparation
Advanced drafting software skills and presentation and graphic communication skills
Comfortable preparing reports, project specifications, and compiling/analyzing relevant data
Coordinates with senior staff, Project Management, other architectural staff, and consultants
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS (including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Rhino, Sketchup, and Revit
Lives in the New York City area and is available to work immediately
