Seeking a creatively inclined, technically oriented architectural designer/storyteller to join our family-firm. You will be a part of the design, documentation, and organization of a wide range of projects from small to large. Our work ranges from urban multi-family to high end residential to hospitality and corporate office. This position requires at least 5 years of full-time experience. Qualified candidates should have a strong work ethic, an intrinsic curiosity about materials and making things as well as a sense of humor. Salary range: $55-$65k annually + bonus depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Site analysis, as-built documentation, conceptual design, including rendering and visualization
Design phase – project feasibility and concept design
Construction documentation, drawing and detailing.
Project communication including consultants, clients, and contractors

Qualifications:
Bachelors of Architecture, minimum
5 years experience in architecture or design firm
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
Strong graphic presentation skills and a love for visual communication
Technical detailing experience and understanding
A quick mind and a sense of humor, and the ability to tell a good story
