Project Coordinator works closely with an assigned project team and Project Manager to review the construction documents at multiple intervals throughout the CD development process. 

• Unlicensed architecture school graduate with 5 or more years’ experience.
• Check, Review and develop redlines for quality assurance / quality control of construction documents, including Project Specifications.
• Aid PM in developing design or technical solutions.
• Anticipate any project concern areas that occur & provide recommendations.
• Confirm relevant code, life safety and accessibility research / requirements.
• Enforce SDC standards & ensure they are adhered to.
• Proficient in 2018 AutoCAD and above.
