Marcus Gleysteen Architects is a nationally-recognized residential design firm located in downtown Boston. We are hiring a Design and Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer.
Responsibilities
Prep and assist professional photography shoots.
Work directly with Marcus on a series of short videos.
Edit images and videos, including drone footage.
Write and edit marketing copy.
Participate in marketing and business development strategy meetings.
Collaborate with design teams on presentation materials and project narratives.
Assist in press outreach, including media pitches and print advertising.
Present content ideas and provide competitive research.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Deep interest in design and architecture.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge and experience with photography and video editing.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation commensurate with ability and experience.
Hours
We require three full days of in-person work minimum per week. At-home work days are offered on an individual basis.
