RESPONSIBILITIES:
Undertake Concept Design
Prepare program and schematic proposals. Develop design for client review.
Provide quick renderings
Prepare construction documents
Assist in construction administration
Assist in the preparation of graphic and written presentations
Assist in up dating web site
REQUIREMENTS:
1 to 5 years Experience
Excellent graphic and architectural design skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be an independent thinker with an ability to problem solve within a fast paced environment
Adept at Auto-CAD, Adobe CS suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, etc.)
