Should be able to present to clients and lead the project meetings . Also be able to handle project budget set up and be able to communicate with the high-end clientele.
Requirements - previous experience with handling detached single family houses as well as multidisciplinary types of projects including multi story apartments buildings and commercial/retail buildings.
Potential professional growth to the director position.
