3D Rendering Designers

SOSHNY Architects in Midtown, New York, is seeking an Architect or Designer interested in architecture visualization for a full-time position as a digital renderer creating architectural and interior design renderings for hospitality projects.

Role Requirements:

·        Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Design.

·        Strong organizational ability.

·        Strong ability to focus on details.

·        Understanding of project design approach and workflow.

·        Capability to read and understand architectural drawings.

·        Advanced skill set in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.

·        Advanced skill set in using 3D programs for interior and exterior            renderings.

·        Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, specifically in rendering             lighting, texture, and form, performing postproduction work, and creating compositions.

Responsibilities include generating finished digital renderings suitable for client presentation and display in various settings with the ability to work under pressure, shifting priorities, and multiple deadlines. Must possess 2-5 years of relevant working experience in 3D illustrations and renderings and be interested in career growth in a small team environment.
