Hello! We are a small but fast-growing Design team within Miranda Construction, a Design-Build G.C. based in Louisville, KY. We have an expanding list of projects and the need for someone to join our team! If you have proficiency in Revit and some experience managing the design side of design-build projects from start to finish, we invite you to apply.

Minimum Experience Required:
A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Interior Design. Proficiency or the willingness to learn Revit is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up is also required… and rendering plug-in experience a plus! 1-3 years of experience in a Design firm working on commercial interiors, retail, or residential projects.
Experience compiling construction documents desired.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Assist our team of designers on retail, commercial and residential projects through all design phases. Contribute to construction document production and administration, working closely with Engineering Consultants. Help prepare RFP responses, qualifications packages, renderings, or other materials for new business development. Research products, fixtures, and finishes. Conduct site visits or surveys. Travel may be required occasionally.
