We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a professional degree in architecture, 1-3 years of experience, and the motivation to work within a collaborative and design-intensive environment.  

Job Responsibilities

• Produce drawings for all design phases, conceptual design through construction documents
• Produce materials for client presentations
• Research manufacturers' materials, systems and specifications
• Coordinate design with all consultants, including renderers, model builders and engineers

Qualifications

• Professional architecture degree, B.Arch or higher
• 1 – 3 years design and construction experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign and MS Office
• Ability to effectively communicate with design team
• Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents
• High-degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship

Compensation

This is a full-time position, and the salary will be commensurate with experience. The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000. A competitive benefits package includes paid time off, student loan repayment, insurance, fitness & commuter assistance, 401K & many more.
