A once-in-a lifetime opportunity in an amazing setting! Looking for a dynamic individual to join our design team. Day-to-day activities typically include architectural 3D modeling and documentation in a collaborative design environment. This is a rare opportunity for the right designer to help develop custom design elements for some unique properties. There are approximately 20 properties in the Walden, Colorado region for which we are responsible for remodeling, maintaining, or building. The largest of these properties is a new construction 120,000+ sq. ft. world-class log structure.

This is a long-term, stable job (5+ years):

• Must relocate to Walden, Colorado
• Housing available for full-time employees (specific housing needs to be discussed at the point of offer - housing does have some limitations)
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications:

• Fluent with Autodesk Revit [5+ years experience preferred]
• 1 to 2 years minimum experience creating architectural drawings [5+ years experience preferred]
• Experience with other design software [e.g. AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop] or have the motivation and ability to learn new skills
• Great communication skills
• Team Oriented
• Clean Driver’s License
• Three (3) work-related references
• Must be dependable and possess reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with various design software [e.g. Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop]
• Will work closely with the design team, project manager, and site owner
• Attention to detail and accuracy are an absolute must
• Ability to work remodels and new construction
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Other duties as assigned
