We currently seek a full-time Operations Manager with at least three years of relevant post-graduate, professional experience. Applicants should possess exceptional, demonstrated organizational skills, administrative experience, be self-driven and motivated, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will:
• Support leadership team in general administrative efforts
• Lead business development and marketing research with outreach team
• Manage social media accounts
• Update JGNA website, portfolio, and news
• Prepare submissions for design awards
• Maintain and update editorial calendars
• Schedule and assist on photoshoots of completed projects
• Support leadership team in hiring and interviewing efforts
• Coordinate onboarding of new team members
• Monitor and distribute equipment and software to employees
