Are you mission-driven? Interested in public architecture?

We are looking for an experienced architect with shared values to work with us on award-winning civic, institutional, and infrastructure projects (some commercial too).

People, process, passion is our mantra… does this sound like you?

We’re a small team with a large footprint and a non-corporate approach to studio culture. We value ‘small studio’ culture: collaborative; supportive; curious; creative; and rigorous – in both work and play. We are an award-winning, design forward firm focused on sustainable, artful, community-minded projects - in fact we just exhibited our work the Venice Biennale. We see design as serving the greater good. We provide a full benefits package, PTO, comp time, support for LEED accreditation and professional licensure, good teammates and opportunity to grow with a group of like-minded people.

You are an emerging project architect, most likely on the path to licensure with a professional degree in architecture and over 5 years of experience (similar to the AIA Architectural Staff Level 2 or 3). You are working on becoming a well-rounded architectural designer who can work on both sides of the wall (interior and exterior) and in all phases of a project – from high design schematics to tight CDs.  You are interested in working on our small, collaborative, and growing team to provide exceptional service for civic, cultural, and commercial clients.  You are proficient in Revit + AutoCAD, Office 365, Adobe Suite, and Sketchup.

  • Work closely with the project principal and project manager in each phase of the project delivery process.
  • Contribute to all aspects and phases of the architectural design process.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants on producing construction documents.
  • Attend project meetings.
  • Maintain and organize project files from Concept through Construction Admin.
  • Travel to and from project and client meetings as required.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out to set up a meeting – and send a PDF of your resume + work samples to
