A multi award-winning firm based in Lower Manhattan are currently seeking an Intermediate Architect to work on NYC Multifamily Residential projects.

This studio has a passion for sustainability, so the position is ideal for someone with similar ideologies and has the equivalent of 6-8 years of experience.

You will require the following experience for this position:

• Experience working on multifamily projects, work samples will be required.
• Proficiency with Revit & 3D – professional experience is required,
• Prior exposure to NYC building codes and zoning laws.
• NYC multifamily experience will be beneficial.
• Live project experience from feasibility through to construction administration.
• Ground up experience is also required,
• Professional architectural degree.
• LEED Certification will be a plus.

This is a great opportunity for an intermediate professional be involved in local NYC large scale projects from start to finish with the chance to be apart of a team focusing on sustainable design and to work directly with both the client & consulting teams. 

Our client offers excellent benefits and expects to pay between $75,000-90,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
