GTC seeks a highly effective, proactive, and organized individual to join our collaborative, fast pace and quickly growing team.

15+ years of experience in project management and design of multi-family, hospitality, and residential projects with a minimum of 4 years REVIT experience.

We specialize in long-term relationships with our results driven clients. Project types include custom residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and upscale restaurant projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine high quality design throughout all project phases.

  • Communicate design concepts effectively through Revit diagrams, details and designs.

  • Develop work plans and monitor schedules to ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, staff, and city.

  • Integrate technical requirements into design, develop details, and produce clear construction documents.

  • Manage construction administration in a timely and effective manner.

  • Lead project teams, delegate responsibilities and check work of junior staff.

  • QA + QC

Requirements:

  • Degree in architecture from an accredited university

  • Licensed in California - bonus, but not required
  • 6+ years of experience, with residential or commercial/restaurant projects.

  • Strong design and graphic skills with a hands-on approach to project delivery.

  • Proficiency with Revit.

  • Advanced knowledge of building codes, materials and construction techniques.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
