Openings for both our Ft Myers and Naples offices 


•Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of comparable experience working in a design firm

•(Arch) degree from an accredited institution

•Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

•BSSW was an early adopter of BIM and uses Revit on all projects

•Additional drafting, illustration, and rendering experience is required

•Ability to engage in a collaborative workplace, which may involve working alongside fellow architects and maintaining professional relationships with clients

•Bachelor's (Required)

•Revit: 1 year (Required)

•Architecture: 2-5 years (Required)

•The Project Coordinator and Project Manager positions provides unlicensed or developing architects/managers with the opportunity to coordinate the production and delivery of design documents for a variety of clientele and project types

•In this role they gain the experience needed and develop the required skills to grow into the role of either a Project Architect or Project Manager

•Responsible for specific design tasks requiring research, evaluation, and adaptation into assigned projects

•Perform tasks with minimum supervision coordination with consulting engineers and interior designers, and quality control reviews of drawings and documents

•Coordination with engineers while maintaining BIM files throughout the life of the project

•Coordinate with the project team to assemble completed sets of documents and assist in their distribution

•Develop clear and detailed reports, responses, and specifications as directed

•Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to field reports, meeting minutes, bulletins/narratives, FGI/code analysis, submittals/shop drawings, AHJ comment responses

•Project Manager shall assemble drawings for QA/QC review and assist in submittal and RFI processes

•Transmitting documents to clients, contractors, and engineers as required

•Develop computer-generated renderings

•Researching and resolving code issues, implementing solutions as applicable

•Accurately document, inspect, and field measure projects involving existing buildings to guarantee accuracy in future drawings

•Understand production requirements, phasing, and budget tracking necessary for project success and profitability

•Tasks are performed under the general supervision of one of the Firm's Principles or Senior Project Managers
