We have an immediate need to expand our high performing team. Since our national expansion is progressing at a rapid pace, growth and leadership opportunities are unlimited for the right candidates.

Please review the following minimum desired background, experience and attributes we believe are key to a successful hire.

Position is ideal for:

  • Architects/Architectural Designers with CAD technical expertise and experience, or
  • Recent graduates of Architecture or Interior Design with CAD technical expertise, or
  • Experienced intern architects with CAD technical expertise who are searching for and ready to step into a leadership position
  • High performing architectural drafters with CAD technical expertise and relevant sector experience.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program;

or

  • Associates degree in Architectural Drafting combined with a minimum of 3 years experience within an architectural, design or construction environment.

or

  • Architecture/Interior Design degree from abroad combined with sector experience

SKILLSETS:

  • Autodesk AutoCad expertise
  • Autodesk Revit expertise desirable but not necessary.
  • Adobe Suite functional knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office functional knowledge.
  • Other supporting design software packages.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • Commercial Retail sector knowledge, familiarity, or experience.
  • Residential sector knowledge, familiarity, or experience.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of all tasks associated with generating Construction Documents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of A/E processes and construction.
  • Ability to review, read and understand construction drawings, space plans, fixture plans and other architectural drawings.
  • Experience performing within a customer-focused, deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust.
  • Architectural firm or department/construction company/space planning group experience.
  • Comfortable quickly learning new software.
