Inside HOLT, there is a great focus on keeping all our employees at the leading edge of our profession. We do this through having our team members attend conferences, professional development workshops, product, and vendor information sessions; and, more excitingly, by sharing ideas and best practices through collaborative design charrettes, lunch-time project critiques, and monthly office-wide design pin-ups (that are very social and fun!).
