We are seeking an experienced, creative, and ambitious Project Architect to join us in our brand-new Boston Office.

DESCRIPTION

Bull Stockwell Allen is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in resort, hospitality, and recreation projects in extraordinary locations throughout the United States.

We’re looking for a passionate project architect who provides creative designs, project management, and mentorship to our team. This position requires technical skills through proficiency in Revit and the ability to sustain project objectives to push design development forward in our new Boston office. This office is a small but growing part of our nationally-acclaimed firm based out of San Francisco. We are looking for staff to join a new team and help us continue our strong identity in this new venture.

Primary Duties

  • Lead and develop a project from design through construction administration
  • Delegate additional tasks to designers, oversee budgets, and manage client communications.
  • Provide quality service to our clients and led the internal project team successfully.

This key member will strategize and implement effective project plans, scheduling, budget, and staffing considerations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Licensure as an Architect in the United States
  • 5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Technologically strong - Revit proficiency is a must
  • Exceptional design and presentation skills
  • Proven project management skills- budgets, staffing, and project plans
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
  • Desire to mentor and foster a positive and inclusive work environment
