NYC-based SOSHNY Architects in Charlotte, NC office is seeking full-time Architects, Interiors & 3D Rendering Designers with min. Two + years of experience in all aspects of design and production for hospitality projects; they must be able to develop documents and details from design concepts in Revit and ACAD and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal must.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who would like to be part of exciting hospitality projects with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be willing to take on responsibilities and enjoy having a meaningful role in being involved in all aspects of our projects.

The ideal candidates should be motivated, self-starters and must meet the following qualifications:

· Two -plus years of professional experience

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior

· Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures

· Computer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Programs

· Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to meet project timelines

· Excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and the project team
