CWA is an award winning, progressive, full service architectural firm located just outside of the Yale campus in New Haven, CT. Our practice primarily serves higher educational institutions, municipalities, government, and affordable housing providers. We are seeking a talented individual who can work independently and within a team while using the latest digital modeling technologies. Our work encompasses a diverse combination of renovation, historic preservation, and new construction on a variety of building types that include iconic modernist masterpieces and historic registered landmarks. If you are interested in being involved from the pre-planning to the punch list phase of a project, you will be exposed to an unparalleled learning experience.

Required Foundational Skills and Educational Levels:

Must have superior Revit skills 

Minimum BARCH or MARCH degree 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

The ability to work on a team with fellow workers, consultants, and clients 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 

Excellent presentation skills; proficiency in Adobe In-Design and Photoshop are a plus 

The ability to establish and maintain deliverable schedules 

A sense of humor
