Laney LA is a multidisciplinary architecture studio dedicated to collaborative craft and timeless design. The five essential responsibilities of this role are the following: 

1. Office Coordination: The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing office inventory, supplies, and organization. Responsibilities also include ensuring all office facilities are ready for servicing daily meetings and departmental needs. 

2. Office Concierge: The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a delightful first impression for all clients, visitors, and collaborators through providing a warm welcome, and heartfelt, alacritous service. 

3. Schedule: The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the executive calendar, studio calendar, travel agendas and itineraries. While straightforward, these responsibilities include ensuring a high standard of accuracy and reliability across executive and studio schedules. 

4. Meals: The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily meals by leveraging delivery and catering services. 

5. Special Projects: The final responsibility includes coordinating and supporting office events, quarterly initiatives, and other departments as requested and appropriate. 


• Coordinate office facilities, supplies, organization, cleanliness, and maintenance 

• Delightfully represent Laney LA as the first face and voice that clients and collaborators encounter 

• Maintain the executive calendar, studio calendar, travel agendas, and itineraries 

• Utilize discretion to anticipate, prevent, and address business needs before they become issues 

• Support potential client, client, and collaborator correspondence as needed 

• Draft and issue monthly invoices to clients 

• Record and coordinate bill payments accurately and efficiently 

• Support expense management and financial report production 

• Support administrative event planning 

• Leverage a superior grasp of details to ensure execution and follow up 

• Conserve the leadership’s time through correspondence support, meeting note-taking, and business task execution 

• Responsible for leading and completing specific quarterly initiatives and goals

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications 

• 3-7 years of professional experience
