JOB TITLE: Emerging Professional / Junior Designer 


  • Able to independently identify design issues and offer original design solutions
  • Assist project team in developing documentation through all phases of project
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractor, and owner
  • Able to respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings


  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial and/or single family residential architecture
  • B Arch or M Arch degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program 
  • Be licensed or in a licensure track
  • Strong design and project management skills
  • Fluent in several software programs, ArchiCAD (preferred) 
  • Good communicator and team player 
  • Strong graphically with an ability to express ideas through hand sketching
