We are looking for a full-time Project Architect / Project Captain to join our growing  team There are potential positions in both our Denver/Colorado Springs and our Los Angeles locations as a hybrid employee. Project Architects are the leaders of developing architectural plans and will work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and the design team to create exceptional projects. A Project Architect should have extensive knowledge of the building process, from conceptual design through construction. Project Captains have a similar but smaller scale role, where they typically often perform a combined role of Designer with basic project administration and coordination duties on smaller projects. They also participate in larger scale projects as part of the design team. Both positions work independently and in teams, depending upon project scale. They are expected to be attentive to quality, detail, deadlines and adherence to studio standards.


o          Responsible for the production of Architectural Drawing Sets

o          Responsible for Consultant drawing coordination

o          Building and Interiors Design

o          Design Team Coordination

o          Drafting and Rendering Production

o          Presentation and Documentation Production

o          Code Research & Standards Compliance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

o    Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture

o    4-10+ years of experience

o    Software Experience to include AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite at a minimum

o    BIM experience required; ArchiCAD experience is a bonus

o    Ability to work both independently and in teams

o    Excellent organizational skills

o    Detailed and technical drafting skills

o    Experience with project specifications

o    Great design sensibilities

o    Presentation graphics skills

o    Varied experience with a desire to learn

o    Knowledge of agency processing and code compliance

o    Knowledge of construction techniques and engineering systems

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o    Team leader and design collaborator

o    Independent time and task management abilities

o    Independent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to reach out to others for assistance with developing solutions
