Kennedy Mann is a collaboration of architectural and design professionals who share a deep commitment to responsible, high-quality design.  We are a creative firm looking for candidates interested in a career not just a job.

We’re looking for someone who has experience working on various project types and wants the chance to be a part of a growing team of ambitious, hard-working professionals.  If you’re tired of the mundane cubicle job and want to join a friendly, open-minded and passionate team with limitless potential, we’d love to meet you.

We are currently seeking an Architectural Associate to join our team.  Applicants should have a strong interest in the built environment and be enthusiastic about teamwork and design research, possess excellent writing skills, rendering skills, and have a thoughtful and professional disposition towards clients. The successful applicant will work collaboratively in developing projects through all phases of design and construction. Qualified candidates will possess a Professional (BArch) or Master’s degree in architecture and possess 3-8 years of experience.

Experience must clearly show a strong creative design portfolio, which is essential for this position, along with strong project leadership. Candidates must demonstrate ability to integrate into all project phases and should possess an interest in developing a strong technical knowledge of architectural systems that would be required by corporate, hospitality, residential and mixed-use project interiors.  This position fits an innovative, communicative, self-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, who values productivity and efficiency, balanced with detailed driven design.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
• Time management & multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently on projects.
• Working toward ARE exams / licensure.
• Legal US work status / Fluency in written & spoken English
