Employer:Abby Schwartz Associates, LLC, Integrated Architecture & Interiors is looking for a Project Architect to join our talented, dedicated team of architects and designers.
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of and appreciation for residential construction, as well as a minimum of 7 years of experience (Architectural or Architectural Engineering degree preferred). The position has a technical focus and involves producing thorough construction documents and details for multi-million-dollar, high-end, custom residential projects (additions, renovations & new construction).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Position involves client interaction, in-house team collaboration and coordination with multiple engineering disciplines. Ability to handle Construction Phase Services is beneficial.
The successful candidate will preferably possess a degree in architecture or related technical training in building sciences and construction. Critical to success will be tremendous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in AutoCAD and top-notch drafting skills are also required.
